Job Summary

D365 QA Engineer

Exp:7 years

Location: Bangalore or Hyderabad

Team Scope: QA team embedded within a Dynamics 365 (F&O Integration with ADF) delivery/project team.

The D365 QA team ensures the quality of Dynamics 365 implementations through manual automated integration and UAT testing. They align with business requirements support development and enhance post-deployment stability.

Responsibilities

Development experience into Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O

Develop and execute test plans cases and scripts across D365 modules (e.g. Finance & Operations Customer Engagement Sales).
Perform functional regression integration API and UAT testing.
Validate data migration ETL pipelines and database consistency.

Identify document and track defects in tools like Azure DevOps JIRA or TestRail.
Collaborate with developers and functional consultants to reproduce clarify and retest issues.

Support test automation frameworks and tools integration.
Document test results quality metrics coverage and release readiness.
Create user guides developer testing scripts and training documentation.
Partner with business analysts consultants and SMEs to translate business processes into test scenarios.
Provide UAT support and user assistance during releases.

Embed quality practices early in SDLC; advocate for risk-based testing exploratory testing and QA best practices.
Ensure adherence to industry and organizational QA standards.
