Job Summary:
The Help Desk Analyst provides technical support to end-users troubleshooting hardware and software issues. This role is based in Montgomery AL and requires on-site presence. The initial contract is for 6 months with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems software and hardware.
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
- Write training manuals.
- Train computer users.
- Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN) Wide Area Networks (WAN) and other systems.
- Install computer peripherals for users.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- High School Diploma.
- Entry-level experience in IT support.
- Ability to work on-site in Montgomery AL.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Confirmation of eligibility for conversion to a permanent position.
Special Considerations:
- Must work 100% on-site; no remote work allowed.
- Standard background check and drug test required.
Scheduling:
- 40 hours per week.
- Monday-Friday standard business hours (inferred).
