Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care case management and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age frailty and serious illness. Daily tasks include patient assessments medication administration treatment planning and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. The role requires strong communication and collaboration with patients providers and other team members. The position is in Endoscopy and requires general GI and Interventional GI experience.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Clinical Assessment Medication Administration and Treatment Planning skills
- Minimum two years of hospital home health or hospice care experience
- Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field
- Drivers license car insurance and automobile for field work
- General GI and Interventional GI experience
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Endoscopy tech experience
- Pre/post procedure experience
Special Considerations:
- On-call required as needed on vacancies
- Weekend shifts may be required
Scheduling:
- March start date
- 1 year assignment
- Shifts are as needed
- No block schedules
- 1:3 expected ratios
