Job Summary:
The Workday Integration Developer designs codes tests documents and maintains integrations and applications to meet business needs adhering to the Software Development Life Cycle. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts internal technical teams and vendors to develop and maintain complex applications. The developer will use established toolsets and frameworks ensuring compliance with architectural standards.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new financial integrations for Workday architecture.
- Comprehend and learn non-Workday applications and effectively communicate with all software development teams.
- Conduct all phases of product development life cycle including analysis design testing deployment and integration.
- Conduct component and data architecture design performance monitoring product evaluation and design recommendations.
- Convey integration design details effectively through strong written and verbal communication including writing Design/Functional Specifications.
- Provide support for Workday in-bound and outbound integration issues incident management monitoring and changes to existing integrations.
- Participate in system maintenance: version updates patching implementation of fixes and enhancements.
- Research evaluate and incorporate new technology and tools to enhance the product development and support process.
- Identify patterns from problem definitions.
- Troubleshoot production issues with quick turnaround.
- Work within strict cyber security and data governance policies while maintaining trust.
- (Senior/Lead Level) Advise management on technical development objectives meeting SLAs while ensuring long-term maintainability.
- (Senior/Lead Level) Serve as a Workday Integration Subject Matter Expert guiding key groups to ensure quality product delivery.
- (Senior/Lead Level) Provide leadership in the planning design and architect phases of software product development.
- (Senior/Lead Level) Resolve issues creatively and effectively.
- (Senior/Lead Level) Provide guidance to other team members; may schedule work train mentor and/or coach other employees.
