Cyber/IT Project Manager
Location: Juno Beach Onsite for 1 month and then can work remote/hybrid
Notes:
- needs a strong IT Project Manager with some Cyber background
- They need this person onsite every day for the first month and then they are open to more of a HYBRID schedule once they get settled in
The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning executing and finalizing cybersecurity projects within scope schedule and budget. This role involves coordinating internal resources and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects that support business objectives. The Project Manager oversees all phases of the project lifecycle ensuring quality control stakeholder alignment and effective team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
Develop detailed project plans timelines and resource allocations
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions that meet business requirements
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to stay on track
Team Coordination & Leadership
Provide ongoing direction and leadership to assigned project teams
Facilitate collaboration among team members contractors and consultants
Support employee development through coaching and performance feedback
Stakeholder Management
Communicate project status risks and milestones to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure alignment between project goals and organizational priorities
Manage expectations and resolve issues that may impact delivery
Quality Assurance & Risk Management
Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle
Identify and mitigate risks using standard procedures and best practices
Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards
Qualifications:
Solid experience in IT project management with a focus on execution and delivery
Working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Ability to analyze problems and propose practical solutions
Strong communication and organizational skills
