Job Title: IT Project Manager / Scrum Master

Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to join a highly visible Enterprise IT Delivery team supporting critical initiatives including a major tool migration to the cloud. This role will work closely with a team of Project Managers Scrum Masters Business Analysts Developers and offshore resources while also owning at least one large strategic initiative.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident proactive leader who can quickly understand both technical and business context communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and drive teams to successful delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and drive delivery of a large cross-functional IT initiative involving internal teams and offshore vendors
Partner closely with other Project Managers and Scrum Masters to support broader portfolio initiatives
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders translating complex technical concepts into clear business terms
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning standups retrospectives backlog grooming and refinement sessions
Provide capacity planning delivery forecasting and execution recommendations
Coach and guide teams through Agile execution and delivery best practices
Manage project timelines scope risks dependencies and budget considerations
Quickly learn the clients business systems and technical environment to effectively drive execution
Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels including executive leadership

Required Qualifications

5 8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager and/or Scrum Master
Strong background in project management in addition to Agile/Scrum delivery
Proven ability to manage complex visible initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in an Agile or Agile-hybrid environment
Experience using project management tools (Jira Asana or similar)
Confident proactive and highly organized with strong ownership mentality
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience with cloud technologies and/or cloud migration projects (AWS preferred)
Scrum Master and/or PMP certification
Experience working with distributed and offshore teams

Work Environment & Schedule

Hybrid: 1 day onsite per week near Wayne PA (typically Wednesday or Thursday)
Standard business hours (8 5 or 9 5); minimal after-hours work
Agile enterprise IT delivery environment
