Oracle EBS HCM & Benefits Analyst

Location: Remote (Travel to Portland OR for key milestones)
Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)
Visa: USC/GC

Job Description:

The Oracle EBS HCM & Benefits Analyst will support enhancements and changes to Oracle EBS Benefits and HCM modules driven by union changes new benefit groups and evolving business rules.

Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain Oracle EBS Benefits and HCM modules.
Implement new benefit groups benefit codes eligibility profiles and business rules.
Support union-driven benefits changes and CBAs.
Work on offer letters benefit enrollments and eligibility rules.
Collaborate with payroll and technical teams to ensure accurate benefit deductions.
Assist with testing data validation and production support.

Required Skills & Experience:

7 years of Oracle EBS HCM & Benefits functional experience.
Strong experience with Oracle EBS Benefits Administration.
Hands-on experience working with union setups and CBAs.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Native English-speaking capability required.
