This position is onsite 5 days/week

Position: Programmer 4-PR4 (ServiceNow Developer)
Location: Columbus OH
Visa: USCH1B H4EADOPT (PP number is mandatory to fetch I94)

This position is onsite 5 days/week
The candidate will be supporting The Ohio Department of Transportations (ODOT) Information Technology ServiceNow Delivery Team and SPECIFICALLY THE SERVICENOW PRODUCT.
This position will function as a skilled ServiceNow Developer within the Department of Information Technology. Potential projects include:
Enhancement & maintenance of existing custom solutions
Solutions development in the ServiceNow platform
Service Catalog item development
Participation in requirements and/or design review sessions
Ability to design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform that satisfy business requirements communicated in writing and/or verbally
Ability to troubleshoot/debug issues in existing applications.
Ability to troubleshoot/debug platform issues using the System Logs and/or debugging tools.
Ability to use various browser-based debugging tools (ex: Chrome IE Firefox)
Ability to conduct demos with client stakeholders and elicit feedback.
Ability to work in an Agile project management environment
Possess excellent communication skills; both oral and written skills including strong meeting and work session skills
Proven experience in handling data conversion including but not limited to data integration (real time and batch) mapping transformations bulk data import/export mass updates cut over plan exception handling
Required Skills:
6 years ServiceNow Client and Server JavaScript coding experience (Ex: Catalog Client Script Business Rules Script Actions Script Includes UI Pages JellyScripts etc.)
6 years ServiceNow Client and Server Scripting APIs (Ex: GlideDialogWindow GlideForm GlideAggregate GlideRecord GlideAjax etc.)
6 years experience building custom workflows
3 years HTML/CSS/AJAX development experience
3 years role/group-based ACLs configuration and debugging
1 year of Service Portal development
(e.g. Widgets Service Portal Pages AngularJs)
Desired Skills:

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
