Job Summary

Job Title: PowerBi Developer (SQL SCOR Local to Texas) 14 years of exp

Location: Austin TX - (Hybrid - Local candidates Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Professional experience in software development data analytics or application development environments
Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs consulting with stakeholders and evaluating system workflows data usage and business processes
Design develop and enhance Power BI dashboards reports and data visualizations to support enterprise reporting requirements
Perform updates and enhancements to existing SCOR Java applications including business logic and user interface modifications
Extend and optimize reporting capabilities by integrating application data with Power BI and improving the system data model
Analyze system workflows and investigate application problem areas to recommend and implement technical solutions
Develop modify and maintain system specifications standards and programming logic for enterprise applications
Support application enhancements system maintenance and defect corrections across multiple environments
Write and optimize complex SQL queries for relational databases to support application functionality and reporting requirements
Develop and integrate RESTful web services using the Spring framework
Create and maintain unit tests using JUnit to ensure application reliability and code quality
Participate in code reviews peer reviews and quality assurance processes
Conduct defect root cause analysis troubleshooting and performance optimization
Maintain documentation for application enhancements technical processes and system changes
Ensure compliance with enterprise coding standards testing frameworks security policies and procedures
Support deployment activities testing cycles and environment management across development testing and production systems
Maintain strong code coverage and implement best practices for automated testing and secure development
Provide on-call support for production systems as required
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers analysts and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
Demonstrate leadership capability by guiding or directing the work of other team members when required
Perform other technical duties as required by the unit operations
Experience with Power BI development and reporting solutions
Experience writing SQL queries for relational databases
Experience developing RESTful web services using the Spring framework
Experience with JUnit and unit test development
Strong experience in Java application development and enterprise software maintenance
Experience with Angular UI Framework
Experience with Crystal Reports
