Job Summary
Location: Cross Keys Village The Brethren Home Community (New Oxford PA) Company: Benchmark Therapies Start Date: ASAP Schedule: 13 weeks at 40 hours/week About the Opportunity Benchmark Therapies is looking for a compassionate patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week contract assignment at Cross Keys Village a fast-paced and highly rated retirement community in New Oxford PA. This short-term assignment is perfect for a PT who enjoys working with older adults thrives in a supportive environment and wants to make a meaningful impact while experiencing patients across skilled nursing personal care and independent living care settings. What You ll Do Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments for residents Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that improve mobility safety and overall quality of life Collaborate closely with an experienced rehab team nursing staff and other healthcare partners Document services using Net Health (training available if needed) Support a positive resident-centered culture within the therapy department What We re Looking For PA Physical Therapist license in good standing Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience in senior care A flexible compassionate and professional approach to care Two-step PPD or TB skin test within 30 days of start date CPR certification through The American Heart Association or The Red Cross Covid vaccination records or exemption Background check and fingerprinting Resume Physical performed by a physician physician assistant or nurse practitioner About Benchmark Therapies Benchmark Therapies provides physical occupational and speech therapy services across senior living communities prioritizing exceptional care customer service and employee support.
