Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Test Delivery & Management
o Manage end-to-end testing programs including planning execution and reporting.
o Lead teams of 25 testers across functional automation and performance testing streams.
o Ensure adherence to testing toll gates governance processes and project communication standards.
Strategy & Planning
o Define test strategy test plans and resource allocation for large programs.
o Drive testing estimations using industry-standard approaches and ensure accurate forecasting.
o Establish and monitor testing KPIs and metrics for performance tracking and reporting.
Governance & Reporting
o Manage monthly and quarterly governance presentations for stakeholders.
o Provide detailed test progress reports defect metrics and risk assessments.
Solutioning & Innovation
o Contribute to RFP solutioning testing solutions and automation strategies.
o Oversee automation and performance testing teams and ensure alignment with project goals.
Methodologies & Tools
o Drive testing in Agile environments ensuring alignment with sprint cycles and ceremonies.
o Hands-on experience with test management tools and frameworks for manual and automated testing.
o Strong understanding of API testing mobile testing and modern testing solutions.
