The State of Michigan is looking for: Programmer Analyst 5 Max Bill Rate: -/hr Top Skills & Years of Experience: - UI/UX experience - 3-5 years - Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma Sketch or equivalent) - 2 years - Experience with design systems and reusable components - 2-3 years - Experience leading user workshops and facilitating sessions - 2 years - Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices (ADA) - 1 years Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role.
