Job Description:
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience:
- Four-year college degree.
- Working in healthcare with retirees and retiree populations
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and Commercial and Medicare Advantage health plans
Required Skills/Experience The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite Office: Excel Word MS Teams PowerPoint SharePoint etc.
- Knowledge of health insurance commercial products PPO and HMO plans
- Knowledge of Medicare Advantage plans programs and policies
- Prior experience working with local or state government programs related to healthcare and retirement
Preferred Skills/Experience Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
- Working knowledge to advance knowledge of AI programs tools applications and systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Efficient dependable worker
Education/Certifications Include:
- Four-year college degree preferred.
- Degrees in Public Health Healthcare Administration Healthcare Policy Business Education and/or Business Administration are preferred.
