We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

• Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations

• Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role

• Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary

Summary:

• Perform design analysis and develop dispositions for part/assembly non-conformances

• Assess repair scenarios for fit form and function in compliance with airworthiness requirements

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design stress manufacturing) to ensure cost-effective and timely repair solutions

• Provide customer-facing support and mentor junior engineers

• Escalate and explain critical technical issues effectively

Requirements:

• 3 5 years of MRB/Structures Engineering experience (Boeing preferred)

• B.S. degree in Aerospace Mechanical Structural or Design Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution

• Boeing MRB signatory or prior delegation highly desired

• Experience with Boeing commercial products or supply chain (3 years preferred)

• CATIA V5 proficiency for model interrogation/modification

• Familiarity with TIPQA MES and composite/metallic repair methods a plus

• Previous DOA (Design Organization Approval) experience is a bonus

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
