Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Frisco TX
Schedule: M-F
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop individualized ABA treatment plans based on client assessments and family goals
Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments (VB-MAPP ABLLS-R functional assessments)
Provide clinical supervision coaching and ongoing feedback to RBTs and behavior technicians
Analyze client data and modify programs to ensure progress and quality outcomes
Implement and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Lead parent training and caregiver education to support skill generalization
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary providers (ABA Speech OT Feeding Therapy)
Initiate and manage insurance authorizations including initial reauthorization and continued care requests
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB insurance and company standards
Foster a positive ethical and collaborative clinical culture
Qualifications
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Masters degree in ABA Psychology Education or a related field
Experience in an ABA or pediatric clinical setting
Strong knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices and ethical standards
Proven ability to mentor support and develop clinical staff
Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
Ability to sit stand walk bend kneel and move frequently throughout the day
Adequate vision and hearing to observe behavior and collect data
Ability to use computers tablets and therapy materials
Ability to travel between clinic locations if needed
