Job Summary

Job Title: Mechanical Technician

Work Location: Wellington CO 80549

Payrate: XX28 - XX31 per hour

Duration: 6 Months

Overview:
The Mechanical Technician ensures timely delivery of equipment in alignment with operational demands while improving maintenance efficiency asset utilization and workforce productivity within the Maintenance Base (MB).

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain assigned equipment per maintenance programs following reliability-centered maintenance strategies and standard work procedures.
Record and manage materials labor and equipment performance data in the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) systems.
Ensure compliance with TLM Product Line standards and transactional discipline.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset utilization reduce downtime and improve maintenance efficiency.
Support CoSD (Cost of Service Delivery) projects including planned repair and part reuse initiatives.
Assist in failure investigations and implement corrective actions as assigned.
Adhere to the TLM Competency Management System and support training and development initiatives for Maintenance Technicians.

Continuous improvement in maintenance processes and productivity
