Job Summary

Support Continuous you someone who takes pride in details and enjoys solving problems that improve products and processes Were looking for a Quality Technician to help ensure Hoffmaster products consistently meet the highest quality and food safety this hands-on role youll support product testing process improvements and quality initiatives across the facility. Working closely with production and quality leadership youll help maintain compliance investigate issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing Youll Do Support quality standards and specifications partnering with the Quality Assurance Manager to help develop and maintain raw material and product quality requirements. Ensure accurate testing and inspection processes assisting with the development and execution of testing inspection and calibration systems used to evaluate raw materials and finished products. Coordinate trials and process evaluations working with plant personnel to test new materials processes and procedures while documenting results and recommendations. Investigate quality concerns and customer feedback helping identify root causes and supporting corrective actions that improve product consistency and reliability. Track and report quality performance metrics collecting and organizing quality data across value streams to support analysis and continuous improvement efforts. Support third-party audit readiness assisting with preparation activities and documentation needed for external quality and food safety audits. Maintain food safety and compliance programs contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the SQF system while following all GMP and HACCP requirements. Promote a culture of quality and accountability working closely with production teams to identify improvement opportunities and reduce waste in a lean manufacturing This Role MattersQuality is a critical part of the Hoffmaster this role youll help ensure that every product leaving the facility meets our standards for safety performance and reliability.
