ITAR - Citizens and Green Card Holders only (ITAR means: International Traffic in Arms Regulations. ITAR is a set of U.S. government rules that control who can access certain sensitive technical data software and systems related to defense and aerospace.)

MUST HAVES:

1. Ideally someone with 5 years or more of expertise in Front-End development with Angular
2. Mentor and share knowledge with team members
3. Ability to work independently and maintain high coding standards
4. Proactive and innovative mindset
5. Experience in design and development of software solutions
6. Experience with React is a plus
7. Experience with Webservices Databases like Mongo DB Oracle or SQL Server

I understand the rate is low for a senior Angular Developer so I am fine with candidates with 3 4 years of Angular. Can be a strong contributor and not a lead. If theyve had limited ownership of architecture decisions limited mentoring experience and less exposure to enforcing coding standards thats fine. Just make sure you tell me this in the submittal summary for the candidate.

Technical Strengths

• Familiar with:
  • Angular basics (services routing guards)
  • HTML/CSS/TypeScript
• May have some exposure to:
  • RxJS (but not advanced usage)
  • State management (NgRx awareness not mastery)
• React experience is unlikely or very light

Soft Skills

• Communication likely adequate not exceptional
• Better with:
  • Clear tasks
  • Defined requirements
• Less comfortable:
  • Pushing back on design decisions
  • Leading frontend direction independently
