Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager with a strong background in application development and regulatory data programs. This role will lead complex initiatives by blending Agile delivery practices with traditional project management disciplines ensuring successful execution across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master and Project Manager driving Agile ceremonies and end-to-end project delivery
Develop and maintain project plans roadmaps and delivery timelines across multiple workstreams
Create and manage status decks executive readouts and delivery metrics
Identify track and manage RAID (Risks Assumptions Issues Dependencies) ensuring proactive mitigation
Facilitate sprint planning daily stand-ups backlog grooming sprint reviews and retrospectives
Partner with Product Owners and Engineering teams to ensure well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria
Manage stakeholder communications across business technology compliance and leadership teams
Ensure alignment with Agile project planning principles while meeting regulatory and delivery milestones
Support and oversee programs related to Data Lineage and BCBS 239 compliance
Drive dependency management across applications and platforms
Promote Agile best practices continuous improvement and team accountability
