国内の顧客代理店から注文を受けそれを基盤システムに入力する

その他返品オーダーや値引き値増しオーダーなど出荷に付随するオーダーを基盤システムへ

入力する

法律で義務付けられている生物由来製品の納品先データを代理店から収集しJDEに登録する

代理店から詳細な販売データを入手しJDEに登録する

価格配送に必要な顧客住所などの情報を登録する

顧客対応

顧客からのクレームやイレギュラーな案件に対応する必要な場合は適切にエスカレーションする

納品スケジュールなどを顧客へ案内する

顧客のニーズを特定し評価して満足度向上を図る

CS部門のKPIへの貢献

CSの KPIを達成するために受電対応と正確な業務を実施する

関連法規を理解し業務手順書を正しく理解して業務を遂行する

その他

システムアップグレードや新規プロジェクトにおいて積極的に参加して自分の意見を言う

出荷コスト削減プロジェクトや営業関連プロジェクトなどに参加してマネジャーの指示の下実行

およびスムーズな業務遂行のための委託チームへのサポートを行う
