Job Summary

Our client is a fast-growing real estate development company dedicated to providing premium accessible and secure housing solutions. They are looking for a creative narrative-driven and strategic Brand and Communications Specialist who can tell the story of home in a way that resonates with modern investors and homeowners.
As the companys Brand and Communication lead you will be responsible for crafting the brands voice managing its public reputation and ensuring that every piece of communication from social media to site brochures reflects the quality and integrity theirs. You will play a key role in building brand equity and ensuring they are the first name people think of when they think of reliable real estate.

  • You are a master storyteller who knows how to sell a lifestyle and a future not just bricks and mortar.
  • You are obsessed with brand consistency ensuring that everything from a WhatsApp message to a billboard looks and feels like theirs.
  • You are a multi-channel communicator who is equally comfortable writing a formal press release as you are creating a trending Reel or TikTok.
  • You understand that trust is the currency of real estate and you work tirelessly to build and protect that trust through transparent and engaging communication.
  • You are available for a fully onsite role
Your Responsibilities
  • You will develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that positions them as a leader in the real estate market.
  • You will create curate and manage high-quality content for all social media platforms the company website and email newsletters.
  • You will write and design (or oversee the design of) marketing collateral including brochures investment teasers and site update reports.
  • You will manage media relations including writing press releases and identifying opportunities for executive thought leadership and interviews.
  • You will oversee the Client Experience journey ensuring all automated communications and physical touchpoints are on-brand and professional.
  • You will coordinate brand-led events such as estate groundbreakings open houses and handover ceremonies.
  • You will monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure their messaging remains fresh and competitive.
  • You will collaborate with the sales team to create high-converting campaigns that move prospects through the funnel.
  • You will manage the brands online reputation responding to inquiries and feedback across digital platforms.

  • Establishing a distinct and recognizable brand voice that sets them apart from competitors.
  • Increasing organic brand reach and engagement across all digital channels.
  • Ensuring 100% brand consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Securing positive media mentions and industry recognition for the companys projects.
  • Building a community of brand advocates (clients and partners) who actively share and promote their work.
  • Successfully launching communications for new projects that lead to immediate market interest and high lead generation.
To Be Considered for This Role You Should Have
  • 35 years of experience in Brand Management Corporate Communications or Digital Marketing ideally within real estate luxury lifestyle or financial services.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex real estate concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Practical experience in content creation including basic graphic design (Canva/Adobe) and video editing skills for social media.
  • Strong PR and networking skills with a track record of managing media or influencer relationships.
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Social Media Management software Email Marketing tools (Mailchimp/Substack) and basic CMS (WordPress).
  • A portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to build or maintain a professional brand identity.
