Insulation Installation Laborer

We areseekinga motivated and reliable Insulation Installation Laborer toassistour experienced team with the installation of insulation in various construction projects. This is a temporary position with the potential to become a full-time permanent role for a dedicated and hard-working individual. The ideal candidate will bedetail-orientedeager to learnpossessa strong work ethic and be comfortable with physically demanding -to-day tasks will involve measuring cutting and installingvarious typesof insulation materials in different settingsandworkingclosely withskilled tradesmento ensure that projects runsmoothly and clients are happy with the results. Comprehensive on-the-job training including forklift training will be provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Assistingjourneyman installers with all aspectsof insulationinstallation.

• Loading and unloading insulation materials from trailers

• Preparing insulation materials by opening bags and rolling insulation into walls and other designated spaces.

• Working from ladders to install insulation in elevated areas.

• Lifting carrying and maneuvering insulation materials (up to 70lbs) throughout the job site.

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

• Adheringto all safety protocols and guidelines.

• Performing other tasks as directed by the journeyman installer or supervisor

Requirements:

• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks including bending lifting and standing for extended periods.

• Comfortable working from ladders.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds.

• Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance.

• Previousexperience in construction or a related field is aplus butnotrequired.

• Forklift experience is aplus butnotrequired(training can be provided).

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

• Strict adherence to the companysno-smoking policy.

Job Type: Temporary with possibility for ongoing full time depending on performance. Monday Friday approx. 7am-4pm (Overtime encouraged)
