Job Title: Investor Relations Analyst

Core Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for managing end to end investor relations for the company including drafting equity story liaising with analyst and investor community; leading on drafting all collaterals for quarterly calls; and managing the investor/analyst calls. Engage with internal stakeholders to effectively gather all data around business operations financials and disseminate to external community within disclosure limits.

Role Accountabilities

• Formulating investment story of the company which highlights the long-term value drivers opportunities for growth and value creation
• Formulating analyst / investor communication strategy engaging with analysts and investors and potential investors
• Interacting with sell side and buy side analysts and optimizing investor access to top management of the company
• Preparation of presentation for quarterly analyst meets and for investor conferences/ roadshows
• Quarterly Earnings Reporting - leading key aspects of quarterly earnings reporting including working with senior leadership functional leaders for market facing deliverables such as earnings call script quarterly earnings releases financial data factsheet Q&A document ownership of logistics
• Serve as primary point of contact for the investor community / research analysts by proactive communication calls and meetings
• Management Updates / reports industry updates; Competitive intelligence provide research and summaries of peer companies quarterly results and analysis
• Draft relevant section of the Annual report for the company
• Prepare Board material as needed - report on peer stock performance and valuations for top management
• Serve as a Liaison to Investors / External Analysts and to the senior management team- organize coordinate and external relations efforts to ensure Syngene is adequately represented in the Investor community and forums
• Should be able to liaison with various functions business units to obtain necessary information which is important in discharging the responsibilities towards analyst/investors
• Prepare other documents/responses to queries as needed including from top shareholders credit agencies others

Specific requirements for this role

1. Managed Investor Relations corporate finance and handled financial advisory
2. Demonstrated Capability:Hands-on experience in working in Investor Relations good excel skills effective communication/presentation working collaboratively in teams and across senior stakeholders
3. Education:Should be an MBA/ CFA/ CA

Skills and Capabilities

• Excellent communication with inherent ability to articulate and express complicated matters in simple terms
• Strong analytics and presentation skills with excellent proficiency in excel power point
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to drive strategic thinking within the company
• Ability to solve problems
• Good organization skills needed for investor roadshows analyst day conferences etc.
