The Occupational Therapy Department at Alfred Health
Alfred Health - Occupational Therapy Services operates across The Alfred Caulfield and Sandringham Hospitals with clinical services aligned to Alfred Health strategic goals and operational performance Occupational Therapy Operations Lead will have responsibilities across all Alfred Health sites.

The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for experienced occupational therapist to join the Alfred Health Occupational Therapy team as a Grade 3 stream leader.
Better at Home is a home-based rehabilitation program modeled on an inpatient subacute ward which offers an alternative approach to delivering inpatient care and treatment to people within their own home environment. The successful person in this role will have experience providing home-based rehabilitation to patients alongside experience in team leadership stakeholder management and supervision.

It is a requirement of all Alfred Health staff that they may be required to work across all Alfred Health site (The Alfred Caulfield Hospital and Sandringham Hospital) including weekends and public holidays based on clinical service demands.
