The Architectural or Construction Management Intern will play an integral role in supporting project teams throughout the design and construction lifecycle. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to architectural coordination construction management and project documentation while working closely with architects engineers contractors and internal stakeholders. This internship provides practical real-world experience and serves as an entry point into future full-time opportunities within construction architecture or project management.

As an Architectural or Construction Management Intern you will assist with project planning scheduling and coordination of architectural and construction activities. You will support the review and preparation of construction drawings specifications and submittals while helping manage RFIs change orders and submittal logs.
You will participate in site visits to monitor construction progress document observations and track punch addition you will update and maintain project documentation such as meeting minutes reports and schedules.
You will collaborate closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to support compliance with design intent building codes safety standards and quality requirements. The role also includes assisting with quantity take-offs cost comparisons bid evaluations sustainability initiatives and coordination between architectural structural and MEP teams.

Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field

Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools such as Procore MS Project or Primavera is a plus
