In This Position

Will work across all vertical areas of the Ford Pro business to develop integrated promotions events partner communications merchandising and Ford Pro Mobile Road Show efforts that extend across the Ford Pro role is primarily responsible forstrategic integrated marketing planning execution and evaluation across the Events promotions and partner communication workstreams. Will align internal and external promotions events and partner communications and drive strategic direction and optimization associated with these efforts. This role will be instrumental in aligning messaging to help the organization achieve its mission of helping commercial customers work better with productive durable smart vehicles and connected services.



Responsibilities

What Youll Do

  • Integrated Marketing Sales Enablement Awareness Demand Generation.
  • Develop an Integrated Go-To-Market Events and Promotions strategy
  • Support brand strategy and ensure integrated Ford Pro brand and five vertical messaging alignment across marketing touch points
  • Work with key Marketing agencies to develop and execute events and promotional programs - Ensure the management of event details logistics planning budgeting and measurement
  • Develop and execute a strategic integrated marketing events/promotions calendar
  • Develop and manage Ford Pro merchandising efforts. Specifically inventory distribution forecasting and budgeting of Ford Pro merchandise
  • Development and management of the Ford Pro Mobile Road Show program
  • Working closely with internal Integrated Marketing Product Sales and Training leads to ensure strategic alignment and communication associated with this roles core deliverables
  • Partner with product/service/ solutions owners within Ford Pro to develop marketing communications strategies and campaigns
  • Understand the competitive landscape to develop clear value proposition for Ford Pro to win prior to developing materials
  • Ensure alignment with key internal dealer leads as it relates to product focus messaging alignment and promotional activity
  • Executive communication specific to Ford Pro events and partnership programs
  • Develop and manage an events and promotions measurement and evaluation platform/process enabling an analytical ROI view of these efforts.


Qualifications

Youll have...

  • Bachelors degree
  • 7 years of experience in marketing and communications leadership roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets and external agencies.

Even better you may have...

  • Experience developing leading and implementing integrated marketing and communications strategies and plans
  • Experience developing and managing promotional programs
  • Experience with Dealer communications
  • Experience with merchandising management

This position is a salary grade LL6

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
