Job Description
The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in supply chain management analytics with a strong background in production planning and advanced data analysis within the pharmaceutical sector. They should possess in-depth knowledge of conducting site capacity reviews optimizing planning processes and driving strategic key performance indicators (KPIs). Proficiency in utilizing advanced analytic toolssuch as Power BI and Excelto support data-driven decision-making across the organization is essential. Additionally the candidate will excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams developing and enhancing KPI dashboards and presenting actionable insights to site leadership to inform resource allocation and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Reporting and Analytics
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for supply chain KPI and present at monthly site supply review
Extract and assess data then accurately report on site delivery key performance indicators such as OTIF PA IRL ICSL LIFR and MBTR from multiple databases
Drive improvements to current KPI dashboards with cross functional teams in order to meet site requirements building alternate dashboards where necessary.
Create and manage reports to improve site function with tools such as Power BI and Excel.
Support updates for a variety of Planning Master Data fields and lead the review with Planning/Quality/SCM Hub to ensure accurate lead time parameters.
Financial Tally
Analyze site profit plan and tally data throughout the cycles via multiple iterations to clarify the data and present to site leadership to guide informed decisions on resources.
Drive master data updates prior to profit plan to ensure correct planning in Rapid Response
Build models on capacity for products in the pipeline that are not yet in planning systems for new or current technologies while making reasonable assumptions.
Special Projects and Continuous Improvement
Manage and perform work on special projects
Facilitate various ad hoc requests and projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Team Collaboration and Leadership
Facilitate daily SCM Tier 2 meetings providing leadership within cross-functional teams.
Engage in public speaking and presentations to share project updates and insights with stakeholders and site leadership.
Education Minimum Requirement
Bachelors degree in supply chain management Business Engineering or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in Excel.
Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in leading projects within a supply chain or pharmaceutical industry environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with analytics tools such as PowerBI Tibco Spotfire Dbeaver or SQL a plus.
Experience with Planning Systems such as SAP ECC SAP APO and Kinaxis Rapid Response.
MPS Lean or Six Sigma certification
Demonstrated ability to align lead and drive change across cross functional teams

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5 2023 employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week Monday - Thursday although the specific days may vary by site or organization with Friday designated as a remote-working day unless business critical tasks require an on-site Hybrid work model does not apply to and daily in-person attendance is required for field-based positions; facility-based manufacturing-based or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. The salary range for this role is
$79200.00 - $124700.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills geographic location government requirements and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive if applicable.
