DescriptionWe have an opportunity a Resource Coordinator to work as part of our close-knit Resource Team in Telford Shropshire on a full time basis. This role is being offered on a three month fixed term contract (FTC) basis.

Main duties of the job
Working as part of the Resource Team you will be responsible for coordinating staff rotas to ensure the smooth delivery of our services. You will work closely with our clinical and operational teams to ensure that the right staff are in the right place at the right time.
Day to day your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Supporting the administration of staff rotas for both clinical and non-clinical staff groups ensuring all shifts are filled with adequate personnel
- Responding to staffing requests and managing staff availability
- Sourcing appropriate cover during holiday and sickness periods highlighting rota gaps where necessary as well as proposing appropriate countermeasures
- Reporting on rota performance to senior members of staff
- Acting as a central point of contact for staff for all rota enquiries
- Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures
- Providing wider administrative support to the team
