Our aim is to improve the lives of the most vulnerable people in Australia and across our aid training forms an integral part of this work by skilling people in the community with first aid skills which could save a the role The First Aid Trainer is responsible for the delivery and assessment of first aid courses on behalf of Australian Red Cross in accordance with required quality and compliance standards and for ensuring a positive end to end student experience. Join us today to help empower the lives of others in your community by creating a positive and relaxing learning you will bringA professional communicator adept at engaging others across a range of mediums (face to face webinar virtual online email)Excellent presentation skills promotes quality learning outcomes through professional engaging and meaningful interactions with studentsDemonstrated current industry experience in a health or first aid environmentOrganised with strong administration and time management skillsTAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent is essential.A current Australian Drivers Licence and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements for this experience in delivering the specified accredited unit/s or course/s to a variety of clientele across a range of industriesDemonstrated understanding of ASQA compliance requirementsRelevant First Aid qualifications (HLTAD011 or higher desirable but not essential)Benefits that act for you while you act for humanity Financial wellbeing: In addition to your salary you can take advantage of salary packaging that could provide you with a great way to reduce the amount of tax you pay - and get more from your salary.
