Job Summary

General Purpose:Performs a variety of manual operates machinery related to surface (s) Available:1st shift (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM) Monday through Friday2nd shift (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM) Monday through FridaySupervisory Responsibilities:NoneDuties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):Responsible for the daily production of surface finishing of slides and barrels and/or rifle components following the standard operating procedures (working instructions) to achieve GLOCK quality and production hand-tools such as files and de-burring tools to achieve set quality inspections making visual checks to assure compliance with specifications; examines parts for surface defects and quality control using custom measuring reports errors in production and performance to Manufacturing Supervisor / Machine manual and semiautomatic work station by cleaning equipment and work area with appropriate Requirements:To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally exposed to airborne particles. Noise levels in the work environment are usually moderate to occasionally loud. The facility is indoor climate controlled.
