Job Summary
Sika is seeking a reliable and motivated Packaging Operator to support production at our growing Mattawan MI this role youll help ensure our products are packaged with accuracy and caredirectly contributing to our operational success. If you enjoy staying active working with your hands and being part of a supportive team this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
- Operate on various packaging lines to support timely and accurate product output
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain workflow efficiency
- Use computers to create accurate and compliant labels
- Operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment (training provided if needed)
- Assist in other functional areas as needed to support the facilitys overall success
- Other duties which may be assigned by the Manager
Qualifications :
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to wear all required PPE including air-purifying respirators
- Comfort working on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to work independently while following general supervision
- Manufacturing experience (a plus but not required!)
- A strong work ethic reliability and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift and move materials (3050 lbs. regularly; up to 50 lbs. max; push/pull up to 100 lbs.)
- Comfortable with repetitive physical activity
