Job Summary

We currently have an exciting position available for a Litigation Administrator to be based at our Head Office.

You are responsible for
Inclusive of but not limited to:

 

  • Litigation Administration:
    • Book & manage the litigation departments diaries 
    • Closing of billings on CMS.
    •  Attend to all CCMA / Dispute Resolution Forum documentation (Objection to Con-arb Set-downs etc.)
    • Drafting of documentation (e.g. subpoena request for postponement etc.)
    • Coordinate litigation matters by ensuring relevant documents are in place (e.g. CCMA documents) relevant meetings are booked (e.g. preparation meetings between Litigator and client) evidence bundles are prepared etc.
    • Assistance in proofreading Litigation documents.
    • PEASA Keep track of clients on PEASA. Ensuring client membership forms and payments are done CMS PEASA status is updated and the membership certificate is obtained.
  • Administration:
    • Ensure that all relevant documents are correct & uploaded onto CMS
    • Updating of CMS information (e.g. client information)
    • Filing and drawing clients files
  • Reports:
    • Assistance in compiling Litigation reports (both internal and external) 
  • Adhoc:
    • Assistance with Reception duties on an adhoc basis

 

Package & Remuneration:

Salary: R15 000 CTC per month

Qualifications :

Youll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role:

    Grade 12
    HR Related Diploma HR/IR
    Courses in Business Communication or Business Administration
    Courses in Microsoft Office (Especially Word and Excel)
    A minimum of 2 years experience in the services/legal industry in an administrative role.
