Agile LeadCoach

Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.


Leads the agile delivery approach across teams ensuring consistent ways of working effective execution and continuous improvement aligned to business and Technology outcomes.
The Agile Lead/Coach is responsible for leading and scaling the agile delivery approach across multiple teams. This role ensures consistent ways of working effective execution and continuous improvement aligned with both business and technology outcomes

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Defines and evolves the agile delivery framework
. Drive and coordinate PI Planning
. Coaches scrum master product owners and delivery teams
. Ensures predictable high-quality delivery across multiple teams
. Removes delivery impediments
. Facilitates cross team alignment (scrum of scrums)
. Partners with Business (Product) Dev Vendors SI QA and Leadership
. Monitors delivery health
. Status reporting to leadership team

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

1. 79 years of overall experience in Agile delivery with proven experience as an Agile Lead Agile Coach
2. Strong hands-on experience driving PI Planning and program-level agile ceremonies
3. Proven ability to coach Scrum Masters Product Owners and cross-functional delivery teams
4. Experience working across multiple agile teams and facilitating cross-team alignment (e.g. Scrum of Scrums)
5. Solid understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum Kanban and SAFe
6. Demonstrated ability to ensure predictable high-quality delivery while managing dependencies and risks
7. Strong stakeholder management skills including collaboration with Business Technology Vendors and Leadership
8. Experience monitoring delivery health using agile metrics (velocity burn-down/up flow metrics etc.)
9. Excellent communication facilitation and leadership skills
10. Experience working in hybrid environments with on-site collaboration

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95000$145000. This role is an existing vacancy.
