Responsibilities
The Colony is looking for a physical therapist to join our team of 2 PTs and 2 PSS. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about caring for people a true team player (help out anyone in clinic as needed) and open to marketing / building relationships. We currently treat orthopedics oncology rehab and weekend warriors but also open to adding service lines needed by our surrounding community.
- Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
- Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
- Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge
- Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
- Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
- Promoting continuous quality improvement
- Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed
Qualifications
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
- Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
