Job Summary
Introduction
MAINTENANCE MANAGER HOTEL PROPERTIES
DURBAN CBD DURBAN KWAZULU NATAL
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must reside in/near Durban CBD ESSENTIAL
- Salary on offer:R15 000.00 per month
- Must be available to start immediately
- Matric
- Able to manage and perform complete building maintenance and repairs to various hotel properties around Durban CBD Region
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Well-groomed professional and presentable for role
- Duties include:General maintenance painting electrical maintenance basic carpentry skills building work and general repairs and maintenance to properties
- Own reliable vehicle ESSENTIAL
- Valid Drivers Licence (no endorsements) ESSENTIAL
