We have a great opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join the team at Westfield Doncaster on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager youll support the day-to-day operations of the centre with a strong focus on coordinating contractors managing work orders and maintaining high standards across all facilities. Youll play a key role in ensuring a safe functional and well-presented environment for retailers while contributing to a positive experience for our customers.
This role is highly operational and suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on organised and working closely with a range of stakeholders to get things done.

Youre organised proactive and solutions-focused with a practical approach to facilities coordination. Youre confident coordinating contractors managing multiple tasks and communicating clearly with a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-paced retail environment.
Experience in facilities property retail hospitality or building operations is beneficial we also welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds who bring strong coordination skills and are keen to build or further develop their experience in facilities management.
