Job Summary:

As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for finding sales leads and working in direct cooperation with a specified sales representative. You will also provide occasional clerical support when necessary.

Essential Functions:

  • Research a given state or region using available methods of information including but not limited to the internet phone books reference books and lists as well as direct phone conversations.
  • Once a prospect is determined make direct phone contact with the organization to build their interest in receiving information about doing a Donning book/fundraising project.
  • Gather printed collateral and supporting material as well as a sample book and send the book and accompanying information to the prospect as a potential lead.
  • Keep accurate and organized records of all communication with Project Directors and potential leads including dates times conversation notes samples sent and regional information.
  • Support your specified Project Director with supplies collateral and samples. Also coordinate your research efforts with the travel plans of your Project Director.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong customer service skills.
  • Must communicate appropriate information accurately and clearly as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
