Job Summary
Seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Administrator/Customer Service Representative to join a team. The ideal candidate will have a background in insurance or be willing to obtain the necessary licensing. Compensation Package
- Competitive salary range: $67000 - $90000 annually

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries delivering exceptional customer service
- Manage and maintain office records files and documentation
- Assist with scheduling correspondence and other administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate with team members to support business operations and client needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
- Background in the insurance industry is highly desirable; willingness to obtain insurance licensing if not already licensed
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work 2-3 days per week in the office
