About this position:
LMCU is looking for a District Manager I who is responsible for directing and developing plans and strategies to achieve organizational sales and service goals; participating in implementation of organizational strategic plans pertaining to the retail branches; ensuring that designated branches are in compliance with all regulations and LMCU operating policies and procedures.
What youll do:
Directs and monitors branch operations directly and through subordinate managers to ensure that they meet organizational goals and objectives.
Develops proposes gains acceptance for and implements sales and service delivery strategies.
Monitors delivery quality levels and takes action to improve where needed.
Participates in establishing an annual operational budget and monitors performance to budget throughout the year.
Uses loan authority to underwrite loans as needed to support operations.
Responsible for ensuring the department maintains compliance with all applicable federal and state laws regulations and guidance adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training.
What Youll Bring:
Five to eight years of similar or related experience including preparatory experience. College degree is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong supervisory skills.
Able to apply logical or scientific thinking to define problems collect data establish facts and draw conclusions.
Able to interpret a variety of technical instructions and can deal with multiple variables.
