We are seeking an experiencedWorkday Reporting Analystto support high-volumeTalent Acquisition (TA) reportingneeds. This role will focus on delivering timely accurate reporting to enable recruiting operations and leadership visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintainWorkday reportssupporting TA operations and leadership metrics
- Manage a high volume of incoming report requests and prioritize delivery
- Develop and enhancecalculated fieldsto produce key TA metrics
- Provide reporting on candidate pipeline progression recruiting process steps staffing activity and new hire tracking
- Support business process data pulls and ensure data accuracy across TA workflows
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on expertise inWorkday Reporting ideally withinTalent Acquisition
- Solid understanding ofTA/recruiting operations workflows and terminology
- Advanced knowledge ofcalculated fieldsfor reporting and metrics generation
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner closely with TA stakeholders
- Discovery Boardsexperience is a plus (not required)
