Job Summary
- Design develop test and deploy complex integrations using Workday Studio
- Develop and maintain integrations using:
Core Connectors (HCM Payroll Benefits etc.)
EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
Workday Web Services (WWS)
Workday APIs (REST/SOAP)
Build inbound and outbound integrations with third-party vendors
Create and maintain calculated fields custom reports and integration system security
Perform unit testing integration testing and support UAT cycles
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in production
Manage integration migration across tenants (Sandbox Implementation Production)
Work closely with functional consultants HR Payroll and Finance teams
Ensure compliance with Workday security and data governance standards
Provide production support and enhancement activities
Skills & Qualification:
6 years of experience in Workday Integration Development
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Workday Studio
Strong knowledge of:
XML XSLT XPath
Web Services (SOAP/REST)
JSON
SFTP PGP encryption
Experience in Core HCM Payroll Benefits or financial integrations
Experience with Workday security and business process frameworks
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
