Principal Duties / Responsibilities
Strategy
- Contribute to short and longterm BU strategy
- Develop client service and delivery strategy
Operations Management / Effectiveness
- Ensure delivery per SLAs
- Manage workflow escalations and resource planning
- Deliver operational programs and projects
- Drive improvements in risk compliance quality productivity
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
- Identify stakeholder needs and propose solutions
- Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
- Collaborate to enhance client satisfaction
- Review process risks and build controls
People Management / Development
- Develop succession plans
- Coach and develop line managers
- Partner with HR on recruitment development and retention
- Conduct performance reviews
- Build inclusive and diverse teams

Qualifications- Any Graduate or Postgraduate
Knowledge / Experience
- Strong client service track record
- Experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Preferred experience in transitions / KT activities
- Broad operations exposure (Operations IT Compliance Risk etc.)
- Technologysavvy; experience with automation (RPA/NonRPA) process design transformation
- Strong critical thinking analytical & strategic skills
- Leadership experience in managing teams and major initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative management skills
