Your Mission

  • Convert fresh leads into same-day appointments
  • Sell the dealership inventory availability and urgency
  • Warm-up cold leads and unsold showroom traffic
  • Support big-ticket vehicles
  • Help customers buy from us instead of the dealer 20 minutes away

PerformanceKPIs We Expect

  • 80100 outbound calls per day
  • 60 texts per day
  • 40 emails per day
  • Under 10-minute average response time on fresh leads
  • 5060% appointment set rate from engaged leads
  • 55% appointment show rate
  • Clear CRM notes on 100% of interactions

You Are

  • Competitive confident and professional
  • Strong phone voice and effective communicator
  • Organized and accountable in the CRM
  • Comfortable with volume follow-up and persistence
  • Automotive BDC or call center experience preferred
  • Bilingual is a plus
