We are seeking a Sales Administrator to support our Sales teams by managing data coordinating events and ensuring deals move forward accurately and on time. This role is critical to keeping our sales process efficient and our internal teams aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotes proposals and supporting sales information
- Coordinate pricing details and ensure proposal accuracy
- Follow up and support pending deal requirements
- Organize final documentation
- Coordinate internal handoff meetings
- Process and Data Integrity
- Create and maintain contacts leads deals and records in approved CRM
- Manage sales activity tracking
- Maintain accurate data for reporting forecasting and follow-up
- Manage customer onboarding data from CRM to ERP
- Maintain compliance requirements
- Send new process and customer announcements to internal teams
- Communicate deal handoff details to relevant teams ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Support weekly Sales & Marketing meetings scorecards or reports
- Coordinate Customer visits Expos and other events
- Partner with Marketing on advertising and promotional opportunities
- Track association events renewals and sign-ups to system entry
- Maintain annual Sales and Marketing calendar
Qualifications :
Required
- Associates degree in business marketing communications or relayed field plus 2 years of experience in a Sales Admin Sales Operations or similar role
- Experience supporting a sales team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong CRM and/or ERP experience
- Experience preparing proposals and managing calendars
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
- Bachelors degree in business marketing communications
- B2B sales support experience
- Event coordination experience
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales Marketing and Operations
- Familiarity with scorecards dashboards or metrics tracking
