Salesforce Lead EngineerHybrid - UK-based (with occasional travel to sites)We have an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Lead Engineer to join the teamtaking ownership of our Salesforce platform. Youll ensure our CRM system is reliable scalable and supports our business needs. As a hands-on leader youll guide the development team and work closely with Product Delivery and Engineering to deliver quality solutions that improve experiences for our guests and you will be doing:Technical Leadership - Lead the design development and delivery of Salesforce solutions aligned to business and architectural Leadership- Manage and mentor Salesforce developers providing technical guidance and code Standards - Define and uphold coding testing and deployment best practices across the Salesforce & Data Management - Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other systems (e.g. web booking and finance platforms) ensuring reliable data flows and performance. Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate closely with Product Delivery and Engineering teams to support smooth end-to-end solution youWith proven experience as a Salesforce Engineer or Developer youre a proactive and collaborative technical leader who enjoys solving problems and helping others grow. Youll bring both hands-on expertise and strategic insight to continuously improve our Salesforce platform and the practices around of the skills and experience we are looking for: Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL and Flow. Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce. Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs middleware web services). Track record of leading or mentoring developers and implementing consistent engineering standards. Experience of managing packages of CPQ Billing and not essential; Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer II Application Architect or Technical Architect).
