Role Overview
The Delivery Manager SAP SuccessFactors is responsible for end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors programs across multiple clients or business units. The role ensures successful execution of SF implementations rollouts upgrades and AMS engagements while maintaining high standards of quality cost efficiency and client satisfaction. The Delivery Manager acts as a key liaison between clients internal teams and stakeholders to drive HR digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery & Program Management
Own and manage end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors projects across multiple accounts.
Lead SF implementations enhancements upgrades and support engagements.
Ensure adherence to project scope timelines budgets and quality standards.
Apply and govern delivery methodologies such as SAP Activate Agile and Waterfall.
Track and manage delivery KPIs SLAs risks issues and dependencies.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and execution models.
2. Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders including HR leaders IT heads and program sponsors.
Manage executive-level communications governance meetings and steering committees.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Identify opportunities for account growth cross-selling and additional SF services.
3. Team Leadership & Resource Management
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including project managers functional consultants and technical teams.
Manage global delivery teams (onshore/offshore) and third-party vendors.
Ensure optimal resource utilization capacity planning and skill development.
Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and delivery excellence.
4. SAP SuccessFactors Expertise
Provide delivery oversight across core SuccessFactors modules such as:
Employee Central (EC)
Performance & Goals (PMGM)
Compensation & Variable Pay
Recruiting & Onboarding
Learning Management System (LMS)
Time Management / EC Time
Ensure integration with SAP HCM / S/4HANA and third-party systems.
Guide solution design decisions to align with business requirements and SAP best practices.
5. Governance Risk & Compliance
Establish strong governance frameworks for project and program delivery.
Proactively identify and mitigate delivery operational and compliance risks.
Ensure documentation reporting and audit readiness across engagements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
810 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors delivery with strong exposure to large-scale implementations.
Proven experience in Delivery / Program / Project Management for SAP SF engagements.
Strong functional knowledge of multiple SF modules (EC mandatory).
Experience managing multi-client multi-geography delivery programs.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Hands-on experience with SAP Activate Agile and hybrid delivery models.
SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred.
