Team Leader a playercoach role spending approximately 50% of time selling and 50% leading and coaching others.
Sales Manager a pure people-management role focused on developing the team driving performance and shaping sales strategy.
One appointment will be made with responsibilities and seniority aligned to the successful candidates profile.
Working closely with Marketing and the EU B2C Sales Director you will play a key role in driving growth in this strategically important market.

You are commercially driven and motivated by developing others. You enjoy using data to improve performance and creating a positive results-focused sales environment.
Youll also bring:
Strong communication skills in both Italian and English (additional languages a plus)
Proven experience in B2C or direct sales
Either:
Experience leading or coaching others (Team Leader level)
Or
Experience managing a sales team (Sales Manager level)
Confidence using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and analysing sales performance data
A coaching mindset combined with a strong results focus
