Steps away from the main public transit station What we offer:Highly competitive compensation package which includes base salary bonus benefits and career advancement opportunities! *Eligibility for benefits is dependent on the terms of employmentThe OpportunityThe Associate Analyst is responsible for ensuring Electronic Fund Transfers are completed both on the Financial Institution and Accounting software in accordance with approved policies and procedures. How you will contribute:Ensure requisitions are from an approved signatory of First National Financial LPUpdate and input disbursement information to the appropriate software in accordance with requisitionEnsure authorizations are signed by two signing officersRetrieve the status report to ensure completion of the transferSet up and manage the recordsContact the IT department immediately if system problems ariseEnsure a journal entry is posted in the correct accounting software according to the current accounting proceduresFollow up with internal departments for incomplete requests and notify parties involvedKeep abreast of internal policies and proceduresWork to resolve difficult situations and escalate to management in the event it cannot be solvedHandle mortgage inquiries in a prompt and efficient mannerWork on any special projects as requested by Manager Mortgage ServicesOther duties as assignedThe experience you need:Post-secondary education and/or equivalent work experience preferredPrevious administration experience is an assetStrong attention to detailHighly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitaskDemonstrated ability to work quickly and in a timely mannerAbility to work under pressure and maintain a calm focus during hectic periodsDemonstrated ability to contribute and meet team goals and objectivesWorking Environment and Physical Demands Analysis:Office environmentPeriods of high volume with tight timelinesLong periods of stationary position/sittingProlonged periods of repetitive movement (i.e. using a keyboard and mouse)Long periods of time in viewing a computer screenMulti-tasking may include speaking to customers on a telephone call while looking up information on a computer join First NationalCompetitive CompensationComprehensive benefits program (i.e. Health Spending Account Maternity and Parental Leave Top Up)Hybrid working environmentExtensive training programs to set our employees up for success Modern office environment conducive to collaborationSupportive teamwork culture Opportunities to give back to the communities and work through events focused on a variety of charities Ongoing social events throughout the year The team youll join: Founded in 1988 First National is one of Canadas largest non-bank lenders.
