Senior Analyst Corporate AccountingMemphis TNPay Rate:$82500 $110000Multiple factors including Individual experience skills and abilities will determine where an employee is placed in the pay Salaried Full-Time (Hybrid)About The Role:This role is essential to maintaining the integrity of financial records and supporting key accounting functions across the organization with deep expertise in general accounting treasury accounting and corporate financial processes with a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and intercompany transactions in a complex multi-entity environment. Key responsibilities include: Lead monthly quarterly and annual close processes including preparation of journal entries account reconciliations and variance analysis for the corporate ledger and with the preparation of consolidated financial statements. Perform balance sheet reviews and provide oversight of divisional entries at intercompany transactions and reconciliations across domestic and international proper elimination of intercompany balances between GCF US and non-US entities during with business units to resolve discrepancies and improve intercompany closely with the Finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in external audit and internal review processes with documentation and treasury operations by accounting for debt interest and other financing with developing new accounting processes manage change as we stand up a new company and contribute to on-going process ERP system enhancements and automation You: Knowledge Skills and Abilities Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or progress toward certification preferred.5 years of progressive accounting experience ideally in a manufacturing or multi-entity understanding of U.S. GAAP treasury accounting and intercompany with ERP systems (SAP Oracle or similar) and advanced Excel analytical organizational and communication to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven AttributesExperience in a company with complex ownership or reporting with consolidation tools and multi-currency to treasury operations and cash problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement Global Cellulose Fibers (GCF):Our GCF business helps customers transform renewable cellulose fibers into essential everyday products.
