Job Summary

Dunwoody Village a premier retirement community in Delaware County PA is seeking a Facilities must have extensive experience managing mechanics plumbers painters and other specialized staff working in the community. You will ensure compliance with all regulations (including PA Department of Health Department of Human Services and Life Safety) and uphold high standards of the community and assist our residents with high quality customer service and you will make an impactOversee the maintenance and quality of all community facilities including buildings grounds tools and equipment ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for residents and staffManage a team of 10 mechanics and painters and support the team in their growth education and career development and develop departmental teams through effective hiring training performance management and employee engagementEstablish and implement departmental and community goals performance metrics and training programsManage budgets financial controls and systems to meet or exceed financial performance targetsEnsure compliance with all applicable federal state and local regulationsFoster a culture of excellence by demonstrating technical and management proficiency initiative and leadership aligned with the mission vision and values of Dunwoody you will needMinimum of 5 years of experience in General Services / Facilities OperationsExperience with CCRC specific Life Safety to initiate and implement necessary plans to assure proper maintenance of facilitiesExperience with the WorxHub work order systemValid drivers license is required if operating community vehiclesDunwoody Village offers a wide array of insurance options including medical dental vision and prescription insurance in addition to generous paid time off and a company sponsored 403b plan including an annual match and discretionary my apply by sending their resume salary expectations and three (3) references to the Human Resources Manager at note we will only contact candidates who meet the above requirements.
